The vision of this course is to train leaders who are fruitful for kingdom multiplication.

- We are looking for leaders who are not satisfied with the fruit they currently have with traditional church structures and traditional mission methods.
- We are looking for leaders who have a vision for every person and every people group in every area and region of Africa and beyond.
This training will prepare you to start and facilitate movements that can multiply disciples, churches, and leaders. This training will give you tools that are practical. This training will prepare you to immediately begin facilitating movements of disciples.
This training will take place in four phases: what your review will receive online training in the basic principles of disciple making movement.
- You'll receive training in basic principles of disciple making movement online.
- You will receive online coaching from an experienced trainer.
- You will be invited to a face-to-face training.
- You will receive ongoing coaching as you implement the training at the next level.
Who are the trainers?
All the trainers and coaches for this course have many years experience in training and implementing disciple making movements in the African context. These are not people who only have theory but they have been involved in starting and facilitating actual movements of hundreds and thousands of churches along with thousands of baptisms. They have raised up leaders of movement in several different countries within Africa. They understand the challenges of working within the African context and the opportunities for reaching many in Africa.
Background requirements
- You must have proven leadership ability along with the heart of a servant.
- You should have a good understanding of the Bible and the basic teachings of the gospel.
- You should have basic experience in evangelism.
- You should have a passion to reach the lost.
- You should have a heart for the kingdom of God and not a seeker after financial gain.
- You should be a seeker after fruitfulness for the kingdom of God and not a seeker after titles before man.
- You must be able to read and write in English at an adequate level.
Schedule
The course length is approximately 56 days: 14 lessons with 4 days to complete each online lesson.
Technology requirements
You must have a smartphone with Whatsapp. You must have enough data to download approximately 50 mb per week in order to view videos on your phone on Whatsapp. You must have reliable power in order to keep your phone charged regularly.
Costs
Qualified participants may receive tuition scholarship. However the participant must be able to keep his/her phone charged and have sufficient data to participate in the course without interruption.
Commitment
The participant should be willing and ready to learn, to participate in each lesson, and to do all fieldwork required for the term of the course. The participant must commit:
- to several hours of study every week for 8 weeks.
- to have data available on their phone for this 8-week period in order to receive the lessons and submit assignments.
- to complete their fieldwork in a timely manner.
- to make this disciple-making movement course a priority.
